I would have given 5 stars but no confirmation of delivery was posted on website. I had to telephone both Direct2Florist and the florist itself to obtain reassurance that flowers had inded been delivered.Bluebells Ltd.'s service was efficient. I had a query, however, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Notwithstanding, the flowers I ordered were delivered to the right address and on time. The only glitch, though, was that the delivery was not recorded in My Account on Direct2Florist's website, though I did receive an email to that effect and a copy of that email once I had telephoned D2F - who were also helpful.

Excellent service I ordered flowers for my sister and did not realise I had picked a funeral tribute. Luckily I was contacted about this and flowers and chocolates duly arrived much to my relief and my sisters joy!

I stopped using Interfloraa while ago after receiving bouquets that didn't reflect the picture or the amount I was spending. So now I choose local florists. I am so please that I came across Bluebells. Tanya, thank you for an amazing service and beautiful flowers.
